You don’t wanna miss this event! Missoula is the last stop on the 2012 USFKA Tour. In late June Missoula weather, rivers and creeks are going off. Perfect, Brennan’s Wave is located Downtown Missoula and is walking distance to shopping, camping, hotels, grocery, food and bars. This event will be fun for the whole family. The two day event will feature world class kayaking, live music, Dj’s, food, beer and retail vendors. Also, the journey between Missoula and Kelly’s Whitewater Park (The site of the 2012 National Championships) is the ultimate river packed drive.
Event History: The 2010 US Freestyle Kayaking Championships was the inaugural year for this event. This event marked one of the most successful freestyle kayak events ever. It is a great community event, which gathers some of the sports best athletes and large crowds on the Clark Fork River.
Feature Description: Brennan’s wave is a man made wave/hole. Every trick is possible here! It is also friendly for all levels of ability. It was the feature used during the 2010 US Freestyle Kayak Championships
